Refund Process: To initiate a refund, customers should follow these steps: Contact our customer service and request a refund. - Provide the necessary details including the reason, order information & any supporting documentation. - Our customer service will review the request and will notify the customer of the refund request within 48hrs.- If the refund is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees and charges.

3. Refund types: Full refund: If the product is returned within the specified time frame and meets the eligibility criteria, customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price. - Partial Refund: In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered if the product is returned in a used or damaged condition or if any original packaging or tags are missing. -Store Credit or Exchange: Customers may have the option to receive store credit or exchange the product for an alternative product of equal value.

4. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded. -Personalized or custom-made products. -Perishable goods or items with an expiration date.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless the product is defective or the return id due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipment method and retaining proof of shipment.
